Our coaching sessions aim to provide the skills and abilities required for successful racing in the UK. All of our coaching sessions are run by British Cycling qualified coaches and volunteer coaches; all of whom have been DBS checked by British Cycling on our behalf.
Throughout the summer months coaching sessions are run at UCLAN Sports Arena in Preston. These sessions will provide participants with all of the skills necessary for youth racing in the UK. There are several different groups run at once with each group catering for a different ability level. For more information click here.
During the darker months, the road coaching sessions are replaced by turbo trainer sessions. The purpose of these sessions is to provide a chance to train in a group environment during the winter months. The sessions will focus on both improving general fitness and specific workouts for improving a range of skills. For more information click here.
