So what happens at our sessions?
In brief, we usually have 4 groups, each containing riders of a similar abilitiy (Beginner, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced). All of the groups aim to develop the skills and confidence of the riders so that they can ultimately progress up through the groups as their skills and confidence improve.
Our sessions run for two hours. The first hour consists of fun coaching activities - this is followed by a one mile Time Trial around our 1 mile track - times for these are recorded and published on our social media. It is always good to get a faster time week after week! At this point, it is time for most of our younger riders to go home. Our older and more experienced riders can then carry on for a second hour to improve their skills and fitness even more.
