Meet the NWCC team
We have a fantastic team of volunteers who keep things running. Find out who's who below!
Oli
Oli is our head coach and Chairperson. He can be found at all our Tuesday sessions. You can usually hear him offering his instructions and encouragement, before you see him!
Cat
Cat makes up the other half of our head coaches! She is fun and friendly and you will find her at our Tuesday summer sessions. Cat is the one who is responsible for rider registration, answering emails and Spond.
Joe
Joe is the quiet (old) one! He can be usually found around the back of the track with our more experienced riders. It is difficult to get him off his bike! He is part of the social media team and looks after our website.
Carolin
Carolin is our Welfare Officer. She is very friendly and is always ready for a chat. If you need to know anything or if there is anything you need to talk about then you will usually find her by the gate - close to the start/finish line.
David
David is our Coach Development Leader. David's role, as well as coaching, is to identify aspects of our sessions so that we can continually aim to improve what we do. If you have any feedback you would like to give us then please get in touch with David.
James
James has come through the ranks of NWCC as a junior and he has been a coach with us for over three years. James is part of our social media team. He likes to get involved and you will usually see him on his bike.
Jason
Jason is one our amazing coaches. He can be found working with all of our groups - he is great at encouraging our younger riders. He is a friendly face and he is always willing to help, especially with technical problems!
Abbie
Abbie is the key part of our social media team working alongside James and Joe. She always likes to be on her bike and is the one who always wears a smile - regardless of the weather!
